While we typically don't offer helium balloons as part of our standard offerings, we do accommodate requests from our corporate clients for helium options when available. Yes, and it is included in the total bill. (We’d never sneak that in after the fact.) If your event will be held in Frederick County, delivery and installation is $75. If you’ll be outside of Frederick County, please provide the delivery location and home/venue details, and we’ll make sure to include a detailed delivery and installation quote with your proposal.

Yes, in most cases we require what we call a “retainer,” which is usually 50% of the total cost. This fee secures (“retains”) our services for your date and is applied to the balance, which will be reflected on your invoice.

Certainly! At Sun & Moon Balloon Design, we take pride in being fully licensed and insured. Our business license was obtained through the State of Maryland in June 2022, and we carry comprehensive liability insurance for your peace of mind. Should your venue require it, we are more than happy to provide a Certificate of Insurance upon request.

We primarily partner with suppliers in the USA, occasionally sourcing from Europe to ensure premium materials for our creations.
